Product: OfficeJet Pro 9025
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I continue to receive a Communication Problem 344, 345,348 error codes.

the tests pass when I run that. The machine receives faxes it just won’t send. The phone line was checked. I even went elsewhere off premises to check it and the same error persists. 

With that said could the internal modem be bad? I’ve ordered a new one in the interim and awaiting its arrival. Idk what else to do here… I’ve called HP they insisted it’s a phone line issue and it is not. Everything checks out fine. I can make calls off that line. It gets a dial tone, dials and connects then I get the communication problem. Please help!!!
