We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have a new HP 9025 printer.  I am trying to set up the scan to network folder and having trouble doing so.  Printer is attached to wireless network.  When I attempt to test the network folder I get "Network error.  Check the printer's network connection and try again." 

 

I am not sure what the issue is since the printer is attached to the network.  I have verified that the boxes are checked under the windows  SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support.  Any other ideas?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Try renaming the folder to just "Scan".

 

The network path should be <\\computer IP address\Shared Folder Name>
