I have recently changed my laptop and now I find that I am not able to scan using the ADF within HP App- it scans but then does not generate the images (and consequently cannot save). If I scan using HP App using the Scanner Glass, it scans perfectly, but I then have to change (manually) each sheet and re-scan which takes a lot of time. The HP Scan app does work perfectly using the ADF though.

 

Why is this? The only change is that I am on the latest Windows10 version on a brand new Dell laptop.
