Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP Printer DeskJet 2700 series not working properly.

I could not scan from my PC and earlier somehow I scan from my mobile but now that is also not doing.

I tried to trouble shoot this issue, but in the HP server there is taking too much time to redirect me to my HP Smart account.

this is very much depressing and pathetic experience I have ever had. 

Please solve my issue and getting my printer in working condition otherwise I will give it back to the HP and will claim my money.

Very bad and worst experience with HP.
