HP DeskJet 2710e All-in-One Printer

I just got my new printer, HP deskjet 2700e, just as I was finalizing the printer setup with the HP smart app, I was going to start printing the first test page when it stopped and the E4 error appeared, and in the app I got a warning that the paper had jammed.

The thing is that the paper never got jammed, because it came out whole without a problem. But now that "paper jammed" error keeps popping up. I literally can't do anything with the printer because of this error.

I've already tried to connect and disconnect the printer from the power source, from the Wi-fi, AND I CAN'T FIX THIS. I have seen many videos on Youtube where they teach how to remove jammed paper, but I repeat, THERE IS NO JAMMED PAPER.

I really hope you can help me, if you don't think the warranty is good for this? It's the first time I've used HP and I don't know how the warranty is, just a few minutes ago I registered the product and I do have a warranty of one year.

Thanks Irwin for responding. The problem my printer had was a factory malfunction. Thanks to HP technical support we were able to realize this and they will send me a replacement.

I will mark your answer as correct so that someone else can try it if they have the same problem..
