Greetings! We have an HP DeskJet 2130 All-in-One Series, I've been trying to troubleshoot this product but still same problems occurs. I kept on trying to do copies and even scan, however the paper returns blank. Sometimes there are ink smears found on the paper after starting the copy for both Black and Color, but it's just that and there's nothing more found on the paper. Please help me to figure this out. I highly appreciate your help in fixing this problem with our printer.
