My printer is set up with HP Digital Fax to Email. This abruptly stopped working several days ago. All jobs have been marked "Not Saved" in the HP Digital Fax Status in the Fax Log since that time.

On the printer itself, in the HP Digital Fax Settings, it reads: "Incoming faxes are saved in the following location: [user]@[domain](null) - what does the null mean? (The user and domain are correct).

Any tests from Embedded Web Server successfully send to the email address. Faxes read as successful from the sending device. The receiving device appears to receive it in real time, but then gives a message that the toner is out and the fax is stored in memory. Is this preventing the fax from going to email?

We went through Embedded Web Server and set up HP Digital Fax to Email from scratch again with the same result.

We are currently out of color toner on this machine, and when a fax is received it says that it won't print and is stored in memory until the cartridges are refilled (I don't have the exact wording of this message). My questions are as follows:
1. Where are these jobs stored? The device is connected to our network but not installed on a PC to my knowledge.

2. Could this error be because the printer is out of M/Y/C toner, even though it doesn't print faxes and just sends them with HP Digital Fax to Email?
