All of sudden I can not scan to my email address. I have tried everything suggest through the virtual assistant nothing works. Ran reports all pass are the results. restarted, unplugged, used scan and print doctor nothing works.

This is the message when I try to scan to my email address. It has ALWAYS worked before. I can print, I can scan to the  desktop computer but not to my same email I have always had. Tried all of the scan doctor instructions NOTHING works. 

 

Error message:

Server Connection Error

There was a problem commecting to the server. Touch Retry to connect again, or OK to exit. 

 

I have done this at least 10 times. I have unplugged, rebooted computer, rebooted router and everything HP has told me to do via virtual assistant. PLEASE ADVISE. Thank you.

My hp Envy 5530 will no longer scan to email. It has always worked in the past. I have shut off and unplugged the printer, unplugged and restarted the router and cable modem. Nothing is working. Note, I AM still able to wireless print from devices to the printer.
