have had help from Apple but they say ~ "Okay, thank you for trying these steps with me. Since October 22, of this year, the driver for HP needs replacing to for Macs. In most cases erasing the ones already on the Mac resolve the issue, in other case we need to get you to HP to get the new drivers" what does this mean 😳 can ANYBODY help???
