We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I use HP Easy Scan very often. Always worked great until one day it started telling me I didn't have permission to use it. What?! I called and paid $20 for help and all they told me to do was uninstall and reinstall, but that did not resolve the issue. Now what? Their solution was to use HP Smart Scan, but when I scan a document that is more than one page and save it, it creates individual files for each page instead of batching them. This is not helpful at all. Someone please help as this is stalling my ability to do my business efficiently.
