HP Envy 120 Scan Issues - Vertical Colour Lines

Previous solutions have been archived so asking for help.


  • Both Scan & Copy shows a full page of vertical colour lines on preview and generated file.
  • Printer has been reset and factory defualts restored.
  • It is working completely fine as a printer.

Please advise.

Try this Step 3: Reset the printer, be sure to follow the note.
