HP Envy 5000 Changing the Scan default directory

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I can't figure out how the change the default directory for scanning files.   I have looked through the HP smart app and not found anything.  A related post from 2017 does not work (it says I should have a HP 5000 app which isn't on my computer).  This should be a simple thing to do especially since the default directory is not particularly easy to find.  Thanks!
