Envy 5000
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printer is fairly new, I moved it to a new office then back and now it has issues. The App says it is not online but the printer light is solid blue and my computer says it is online. HP Envy 5000. I uninstalled it and reinstalled but it still cannot find that the printer is connected to WiFi.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Please download the HP FULL solution software.

Download from Software -Utility "HP ENVY 5000 All-in-One Print and Scan Driver and Accessories"

After successful installation, you should be able to print and scan.

Hope that helps!
