My new printer is not scanning or copying. I am trying via the smart app both from pc and Mac to now avail. It presents in two ways:
1. Appears to work ok but delivers a blank page (both copy and scan) or:
2. Says scanner unavailable on the app and the screen on the printer goes blank, and/or starts flashing
I have had a few other issues connecting to WiFi - now resolved - and an error message relating to the ink, which I think I have resolved by switching off and plugging direct to the wall socket instead of an extension cable. It is some way from the expected plug and play straight from the box I have to say!
