Hi there,

 

Let's see if we can't figure out what is going on with your scanner.  Are you trying to scan from the control panel on the printer or from a PC or a mobile device?   If you're not able to scan from a PC/mobile device, does the scanner work if you scan from the control panel?  Just trying to figure out if the issue is the scanner itself, or the connection to your PC/mobile device.
