We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

I have followed several suggestions from the forum, non of them worked. I will provide links below to the other threads that seem to have the same problem even though we have different products.

 

1. I have tried a local folder, a network folder, and a google drive folder. It will not be saved.

2. I have tried disabling and re-enabling the Digital fax setting directly from the unit. 

3. I have tried removing all the drivers as suggested on one of the threads and re-installing fresh.

4. I have gone through the Wizard numerous times changing various settings.

 

Please advise

Do you have any other Computer to try with? Are you able to receive/send fax otherwise from the Printer?
