I have a problem with the scanner. The printer copies and prints without issues. However, when I try to scan, the following message appears: 'The scanner did not complete scanning. Check if the scanning function is enabled on the device.' The function is enabled. The 'test scanner' option in the device properties works fine - a message appears stating, 'The imaging device has successfully passed diagnostic tests.' When attempting to troubleshoot using HP Print and Scan Doctor, an error occurs with 'Scanning Windows (WIA),' and the tool cannot fix the problem. I checked Services and Windows Image Acqustistion is working. The printer is connected via a USB cable. Please advise.

I have the same issue, but the scanner works via USB, not over the network.
