HP Laser 135w scanning in higher resolution than 300 dpi
01-20-2022 02:15 PM

Scanning issue on HP Laser 135w
I was using this printer for a while and I was able to scan on resolution 600dpi.
Recently I changed my computer (PC with Windows 10) and now the only software that is officially available on hp support page for this product is HP Smart app which allows you to scan in resolution up to 300 dpi only.
How can I scan at full resolution available on the printer?
Which is according to specification on hp page:
- Enhanced scanning resolution - Up to 4800 x 4800 dpi
- Scan resolution, hardware - Up to 4800 × 4800 dpi
- Scan resolution, optical - Up to 600 × 600 dpi
