Product: HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M428fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When copying from legal to letter size, the bottom part of the original is cut off.  The scaling is correct.  This was not an issue with the MFP M426fdw I just replaced because of problems with the paper feed.

Hello,

 

Hope you are fine, please try to configure the paper settings from the copy menu to the original size as required. Its also recommended to perform a firmware update to the printer and test again.
