Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Good afternoon.
Please tell me where to dig...
There is an HP LaserJet 700 color MFP M775. When copying from the ADF or from glass or scanning to a network folder (in general, everything related to scanning), "stripes" appear and "lines / lines are eaten /eaten" (in the photo). When printing from a computer, everything is fine. Stitched, did a full calibration (sometimes calibration helps for a while, then strips again). Usually the stripes are removed from the glass with an alcohol napkin, but these are not the stripes. Some kind of software glitch? Maybe you need some more additional information? Where to dig, where to look?

Start by making sure that you have the most current firmware installed.

Future Smart 3 current is 3.9.9

Future Smart 4 current is 4.11.2.3

Thank you for your reply. On the firmware download page there is a choice of two files - FutureSmart Bundle Version 3.9 and FutureSmart Bundle Version 4.11.2.3
On my printer (see photo).

Accordingly, I need to put 4.11.2.3 (?)

And why then FutureSmart Bundle Version 3.9?

FutureSmart 3 and 4 are 2 different operating systems, like Windows 7 and Windows 10. As you are already using FutureSmart 4 you should continue to do so as FS3 has reached end of life for support and few if any security and feature updates are being offered.

Flashing didn't help......🤔

What else can I try? Reset to factory settings? This is clearly some kind of software glitch (?)

This is what happens on the "Event Log Page" page...
