We need your help with the HP LaserJet Enterprise flow M830 MFP series. When scanning documents, the file name is generated with the date and time, but we don't want that. Can you please suggest a setting that will allow us to get scanned documents without the date and time information in the file name?

Are you using the same filename every time? If yes then the issue is that windows is likely adding the time and date so that it does not create a duplicate file. One work around is to create a new user with write on permissions for the folder and then the file will be overwritten every time. Not sure if that is what you want.
