I haven't used my document feeder in months. This is what is happening today....for some reason, once the paper is halfway in, it's going in crooked and then getting jammed.

 

Sometimes, maybe one page goes in right but then the second one gets jammed because the feeder mechanism makes the page go in crooked at some point.

See here...any idea what the issue is? Something seems to be causing this repeatedly with the mechanism inside the ADF...
