Hi

Everything work fine except that I can not scan or copy several pages from the feeder.

Do you have any tip for that ?

My firmware was updated to 20140630

Can you elaborate on the problem. Does the feeder not feed additional pages or does it scan but only one page comes out?

1) By doing a copy directly from the printer (without using a PC, so without using a PC driver)

Normally when you insert an initial sheet into the feeder and press directly copy from the printer, the sheet is copied (you have a new page).

In my case, the initial sheet go into the feeder, enter into the printer, go out the printer... but there is no copie (you don't have a new page)

 

2) It is exactly the same behavior when you want to scan using the feeder from a computer (PC and MAC have the same behavior). All the sheets are processed but there is an error from the scan tool (can't establish a connection with the scanner)
