My old Laserjet M1212nf MFP still works great. I can use it to make color scans on my Windows 10 PC using the “Windows Fax and Scan” application. However, when I try to make a color scan on my Windows 11 PC using the Windows Scan app, it will only scan in black and white (even though the settings are set to color). I’ve installed any available drivers on my Windows 11 PC so I am not sure what the problem is.
