Product: Sony NS11J
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have just bought an HP Laserjet Pro M28w and set it up. The printing is fine but the copies and scans are just dark lines. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the software, but this has not solved the problem.  I have also tried using a different cartridge but this also hasnt made any difference.  Can anyone identify what this problem is?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

From the description, it may be scanner defective.  Would suggest that you return to Retailer and get a new one or contact HP for support.
