How come my HP M281fdw and M283fdw is not doing duplex/2 sided scanning from feeder?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.  These printer models only have a Simplex (Single sided) Document Feeder.

 

If 2 sided scanning is required, please refer to the following resources:
