Product: HP MFP 180n
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

I able to print from HP Smart application, able to scan from PC, but when I try to scan from mobile, it infinitely freezes on preview page. Screenshot is attached below. Printer uses firmware 2020-06-12, fixed IP v4 and has following enabled features. Please help.

Fixed by cleaning up HP Smart mobile application data and re-logging in in to HP account at the fresh start.
