One of the users reported issue with the copying for this model.

It seems that when copying certain text, it will not copied across. From what we observed, it seems that red text is sometimes not copied across. And this seems not always the case. The issue usually occurs when the document has red text and perhaps blue/black text next to it. The red text is not then not copied.

Testing with scanning, it seems to be working - the scanned image/pdf will have the red text appearing. But for copying, it will not. 

We had contacted HP support and they sent a replacement, but the issue still occurs.

Note that this printer is mono.

 

We tested using another HP MFP 277fdw we have in the office and for this, the copy was perfect. Only the M227fdw had issues.

Anyone faced the same problem with this?
