We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Issue states:

Invalid folder share credentials

Scan > Quick Sets > Google Drive and normally uploads fine to HP printer folder in Drive. Computer updates to Windows 11 and now we have this error. Prints fine.

To clarify, you are scanning to a folder on your PC that is link to a google drive location? This issue is caused by Microsoft and you will need to edit the permissions on the shared folder you are scanning to as the permissions are likely corrupted. Right click on the shared folder and make sure that it shows the user you have programmed into the 57540 for authentication has read/write or full control of the folder. I have also found in some cases if you are using a Microsoft Account as your login to your pc this can cause issues and creating a new user on your PC as a local user and using that user and credentials to enable scanning may work more reliably. Note you will need to edit the shared folder permissions to include this new user you create.
