Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just installed the HP MFP M477FNW and was able to print immediately without installing anything. However, I cannot scan. I then downloaded the HP app software and also have tried setting up the scanning in the HP web server online but not able to scan? How can I scan successfully?
