Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 All-in-One Printer

The option to scan to revisable text OCR is not available on this HP OJ 9020 printer. 

The user guide for the printer is clear that it should be available.

I have today downloaded the latest version of HPEasyStart (16.6.10) and completely re-installed all the software for the  printer.  I have check that no firmware updates are available for the printer. 

The printer menu does not offer the option for OCR.  The HP Smart does not offer the option for HP Scan. 

Can someone please explain how I can get the printer to operate as the user guide says it should operate.

I tried to download the HP Universal Scan Software to no avail. Any other suggestion?
