We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

This has happened once earlier this year and I was able to recover the printer at that time by removing the ink cartridges and the printhead to check for bent pins and the like, then reassembling a few times. This time seems to be a more permanent problem. The printhead has been out for inspection several times, the gold contacts on both the front and back of the printhead circuit board have been burnished with an eraser and alcohol, then reassembled with no luck.  No bent pins have been found either inside the printhead or the printhead carriage. What else can determine the appearance of this error?

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Printhead errors

Reinsert the ink cartridges.

 

If the error persists, I'm afraid the printhead has gone bad. It is removable but I'd not recommend replacing it as it may or may not resolve this issue and the printhead costs as much as a new printer.

Note: If you have many unused ink cartridges already in stock, you may replace the printhead at your own discretion depending on its availability.

 

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
