Hello community members, First of all, warm greetings to all of you. I have the 4 in 1 device mentioned in the subject with which I have recently had the following problem: When I have previously scanned documents that were printed on the front and back, after manually placing them in the sheet feeder and then scanning the document, everything was automatically done Sheet side sorted. For whatever reason, it doesn't work anymore. The device only scans on one side and therefore only sorts the front pages and then sorts the back pages after manually folding them over, which is particularly unsightly when scanning a multi-page document, for example in PDF format, and you get everything mixed up. The HP support specialist attributes this to an update of Windows 11 that would have interfered with the HP program and installed the 'HP Scan and Capture' program for me for EUR 29.95, which was a total failure, although this app has a setting field 1 sided or 2 sided. like the device's previous installation program, but it doesn't sort and just appends the rotated pages at the end, so that no continuous file is created, so it only works in the same way as with the original program installed. Unfortunately I couldn't find anything to set it up. Maybe one of you knows the solution, because the device itself is simply great, especially because it has e.g. Currently there isn't one that fits exactly into the niche of my desk.
