Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When trying to print, nothing happens.  When I turn printer off by unplugging power source, I may get a page or two then it stops again.  I decided to try the copy function. and the screen is stuck at  "Starting Copy" .  I have tried to hold the power button for 15 seconds and that prompts the a couple pages to print, then stops again.
