Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8023 All-in-One Printer

HP Officejet Pro 8023 we trying to remove the stored email addresses in the Scan to email option, have tried all the restore options but all of them seem to leave the email addresses stored on the printer. Is there any other way to clean up these email addresses? We tried the pin option as well doesnt seem to be working? So just looking for the easiest way to reset the printer so we can only have the most recent email addresses stored.
