Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,  I needed to remove and re-install software/drivers for my HP OfficeJet Pro 6978.     

1 - HP Printer Assistant tool does NOT have selection for "SCAN" at all.

and 

2- The HP Twain Administration only offers SCAN.

However, the setup no longer offers a selection for the "Destination Folder".  (I always had it with original software)

 

It is a very helpful feature.

Anyone know what to do have it?   Is there another tool with this?

 

Finally, the tool I used to have had an icon that is the 6978 picture itself.  That icon only brings up "HP Printer Assistant" (which doesn't have a Destination folder)   What happened to that full tool?

Note:   My post is about OfficeJet Pro 6978, and not the one in my profile title (J6480).  I don't even own that anymore.  How do you change your profile title?  I can't locate where.
