HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 - Fax error message on send

Hi,

I am trying to send an A4 fax. Each time, the operation is canceled with an error message stating that the "original is too large".  I have entered settings under Fax - Send Now and selected "1-Sided Original" under fax settings; tray 1 set for A4 is also selected. 

The machine appears to think that I am trying to send an A3 document. There appears to be no option under the settings menu to change any other information.

Check  / Adjust the Paper Size & Type settings in the Embedded Web Server (EWS)

EWS – Browser – Tray and Paper Management

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Settings > Preferences > Tray and Paper Management

Model Dependent:  Advanced section

Click Apply to save changes

Example - Retain / Modify (Edit) / Check Paper Size & Type - Tray and Paper
