Hello.

 

I am using a HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 for printing and scanning.

Any document, that has been folded when scanning, Streches document, making it unable to scan entire document.

It is ONLY happening, when paper has a crease in it. Like folded from the mail.

 

I usually have to make a copy then scan it. Which I shouldnt have to do.

I cleaned, did everything possible.

Please let me know if there is something else I can do?

I need to be able to scan folded documents since most come in the mail
