Scan to email can no longer be configured from the embedded web server after firmware update, Version: EDWINXPP1N002.2336B.00, Built Date: 2023-09-07

 

Suggested steps are to use HP Smart (not able to in our case) or Apps from printer itself.

Web services status = Enabled, Internet Connection = Connected, Printer connection to HP Connected = Connected

HP ePrint = Enabled 

Print Apps = Enabled 

 

Is it possible we can rollback the firmware so we can continue to manage scan to email from web server?
