I received a warning from my computer. See photo. So I must've deleted the monitoring framework and now the scanner doesn't work. Can you please help me to uninstall/reinstall on a Mac? The virtual agent was impotent to help--it thought I was on a PC. I'm so frustrated I could cry. Thank you in advance.
