We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

This printer is having some copying issues. I am able to scan items and view them as a PDF as well as print. But for some reason when I select copy I get stuck with an infinite loading wheel. I tried updating drivers and firmware with no luck. Any ideas?

@gpoulson, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

If you are able to scan, it means the scanner mechanism is working fine.

 

Reset the printer

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  2. Wait at least 60 seconds.
  3. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  4. Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
  5. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.

 

Try making a copy. If the issue persists, we will have to perform a factory reset on the printer.

Make sure you are able to scan.
