I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 Series and was trying to scan an 11 x 17 inch document.  When I went to look at it, the bottom half hadn't scanned.  How do I set it so that I can scan the whole document and it show?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Printer scanner does not support 11x17 scan size.

 

Maximum flatbed scan size (U.S. standard)
8.5 x 11.7 in
Maximum ADF scan size (U.S. standard)
8.5 x 14 in (one-sided), A4, Letter (one-sided)
