HP Officejet 3830 will print and scan but has blurry copy issues

I have an HP Officejet 3830 with firmware SPP5FN2021AR that has copy issues.

When I copy the output will be fuzzy / double print.

This happens if I perform a copy from the glass or the ADF(automatic document feeder)

I am able to print from my computer OK

I am able to scan to my computer OK

The internal printer demo page prints OK

I have performed a soft reset (unplug the power cord for 30 seconds)

I have performed a factory reset via the service menu (semi-full reset)

I have performed an ink cartridge cleaning procedure OK

I have performed the initial printer alignment page calibration OK

This problem only happens when using the COPY function.

Please help.

At this point I suggest you contact HP Support in your region for service options

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
