@Latorch, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Are you able to scan and print from the computer?

Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Check the settings:

Refer to this document to know how to setup scan to email feature on the printer.
