Product: OfficeJet Pro 7740
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Others have posted about this in the past, but I did not see any solution and the posts were locked. When scanning through the DOCUMENT FEEDER, (NOT THE GLASS!!!) the copies come out crooked. I have made sure originals were clean and with no wrinkles in the paper, even cutting straight edges to makes sure nothing gets stuck. It is extremely frustrating that I have to go one by one to make sure they are straight. The software I use is irrelevant, it happens with all of them. It is a hardware issue and I would appreciate a solution. Thanks.
