Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus printer will send faxes, but says communication error when someone tries to send me a fax. I did a test fax and all tests pass, phone line, connection, dial tone, line condition, everything passes, but still can't get a fax. I can fax things off all day and it is received by others no problem, but I can't get a fax back. Does anyone know what can be going on?
