Product: HP Officejet Pro 9020
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have a new HP Officejet Pro 9020 .  In the Printers available drop down list is HP Officejet Pro 9020 as the printer and HP Officejet Pro 9020 as the scanner.   There is no option HP Officejet Pro 9020 as the fax so I can not print from my computer to fax.

 I used to be able to print to fax from my old HP printer, and would like to be able to do it from this one.

 

Can anyone solve this?

Hi,

Follow HP Easy start below, be sure to select the HP Basic or Full Feature Software option upon the Software selection screen, then complete the installation and a fax queue should be added for your printer too:
