Dear there,

 

When I want to set up scan to email function. I need to fill in a log-in account. Can you let me know what is the default account information? I re-set all the wifi and network setting. Then I do the following attempts, 

I tried to log in without not filling in any information - not working. 

I tried to use admin and no password - not working.

Hello,

 

Hope you are well, once you try to set it up on the Embedded web server, make sure to use your email as the username and the password is the one that you use to log in into your mailbox or email account, in case you have two step verification , please make sure to generate an app password for the printer and include into the scan to email config as the password, so the printer can access your email.   If you dont have 2 step verification on the email, please check the less secure app access is on , most of the time that could block printers or devices.
