Hi @Khusur, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP DeskJet Ink Advantage Ultra 4826 is producing photocopies in a reduced size, here are some steps to troubleshoot and fix the issue:

Check Copy Settings on Printer

  • On the printer's control panel, ensure that the Copy Size setting is set to 100% (actual size).
  • Some HP printers allow you to adjust the copy size via a menu option. If available, check for a Resize or Scaling option.

Ensure Correct Paper Size

  • Make sure the paper loaded in the tray matches the size set in the printer settings (e.g., A4 or Letter).
  • If the paper size is mismatched, the printer might automatically reduce the copy to fit the detected paper size.

Use the HP Smart App for Copying

  • Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
  • Use the Mobile Copy or Scan & Copy feature, where you can adjust the size before printing.

Reset the Printer

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from power for 60 seconds.
  • Plug it back in and turn it on to see if the issue is resolved.

Update Printer Firmware

Perform a Factory Reset

If the issue persists, reset your printer to factory settings:

  • Press and hold the Cancel (X) button and the Wireless button together for about 5-10 seconds until the printer resets.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
