Product: HP F4580 Printer / Scan and Capture Software
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Scan and Capture Software cannot locate printer.  It USED to be able to connect to my printer when I first installed Scan and Capture... now it cannot.  I have uninstalled and reinstall the printer.  I can print using the printer from the computer.

 

I have completed the solution at:

The software is still not finding printer.

 

I am using Windows 10-64 bit.

 

Help is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Please search for HP within the Uninstall a Program list, what results are given?

 

HP Scan and Capture will locate your printer if its Full Feature Software is installed, if you may uninstalled it you must keep it installed for the app to work.
